Extended Spindle is commonly used on doors with high thresholds, thick carpets, or nonstandard clearances.
Extended Spindle Function – provides an extra 30mm of length to a floor spring or pivot spindle so the door operates smoothly when extra clearance is needed.
Features:
- Extended spindle insert adds extra length to the standard pivot spindle
- No finish (raw metal, not decorative) for concealed installation
- Works with Lockwood ST8011 floor spring closers and pivot kits
- Helps accommodate thresholds, carpets, or other situations needing extra clearance
